Richard's broadcasting journey with Radio Wigwam began after his electronic music project, Murmurs of Earth, was nominated for Best Electro Act at the 2020 Radio Wigwam Awards.

In 2022, Richard joined the station as presenter of the popular Syntherapy Show, introducing listeners to the very best in electronic, synth-pop and alternative music. His warm, conversational style and passion for discovering new music quickly made the programme a favourite with listeners and artists alike.

In October 2024, Richard joined Radio Wigwam full-time, helping to shape the station's continued growth as one of the UK's leading broadcasters dedicated to independent and grassroots music.

Today, Richard presents seven weekly programmes spanning classic hits, specialist features and new independent grassroots music, continuing his commitment to championing emerging artists alongside the music that has inspired him throughout his career.

Richard believes great radio is about more than introducing songs. Every programme is carefully curated to tell a story, celebrate exceptional songwriting and give independent artists the same level of attention and professionalism afforded to established names.
